
YOGA


Yoga has been a part of my life since an early age, but my dedicated practice truly began in college. Since then, my journey has taken me along a winding path of exploration and growth, from Santa Cruz, California, to Tayrona, Colombia, and many places in between.
Over the years, I have studied and practiced a wide range of styles, including Anusara, Kundalini, sound bath meditation, and even paddleboard yoga. My teaching experience spans multiple disciplines, from strength-building and mobility-focused classes to injury recovery and body recalibration.
For me, yoga is more than movement—it's a lifelong practice of connection, awareness, and joy. I am passionate about sharing this journey with like-minded individuals and creating spaces where people can cultivate strength, balance, and well-being both on and off the mat.
